All sales are conducted in agreement with Up Town Bunnies Rabbitry Sales Policy, regardless of whether the buyer has read it or not. By inquiring about or purchasing a rabbit from Up Town Bunnies, you are agreeing to comply with this Sales Policy in its entirety.

Our Sales Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Rabbits Sold To Pet Homes: If at any point you are no longer able to keep him/her, we require that you notify us and understand that we have the right to take back the rabbit free of charge. This is non negotiable. If we do not have the space, we will assist in finding him/her a new home.

In the best interests of the health and safety of our rabbits, we reserve the right to refuse to sell any rabbit to any person for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to terminate any sale for any reason at any time.
Care:

Our rabbits must not be housed outdoors or left outdoors unsupervised. We require a picture of the enclosure prior to pick up to ensure it's suitable, if there are corrections that need to be made you are responsible in making the corrections prior to pick up. If you refuse, the sale is cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.

You as the parent/guardian are required to look after the rabbit if the child loses interest.
7.
Rabbits must be given the appropriate housing, nutrition, medical treatment for the entire duration of their life. Our rabbits must never be abandoned, dumped, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue. It is required to please contact us before re-homing your rabbits.

The buyer is required to bring a form of transportation carriers upon pick up for their rabbit to go home in. If you do not have proper transportation carriers upon pick up the rabbit will not leave with you. (We will not let rabbits go home just being carried or sitting on someone's lap in the car).
Prices, Payment, Refund and Exchanges:

Our prices are based on pet quality & brood/show

We accept cash or e-transfer only - Prices are firm and non-negotiable.

To reserve a rabbit a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required ( based on the individual price of the rabbit) sent through e-transfer only.

You can not switch your deposit between rabbits. If you wish to choose another rabbit you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required for the new rabbit of your choice.

The rabbit must be paid for in full before leaving our care.

We do not give refunds, replacements, or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you back out of sale after paying for the rabbit, no refunds will be given.

At the time of arranging pick up if we do not hear from you within a week (7 days) we will put the rabbit back up for sale. This means you will not get your deposit back. All rabbits are to be picked up during the week given at point of deposit, unless other arrangements have been made. Any last minute rescheduling will result in a $5 a day holding fee.
Spaying & Neutering Requirements For Pet Homes:

Our rabbits are sold under strict agreement that they will not be used for breeding under any circumstances. This is an absolute MUST.

If you currently have a rabbit, proof of spay/neuter will be required when adopting a rabbit from us.
19.
We recommend you get your rabbit spayed or neutered at 6 months to avoid hormonal behavior.
My Guarantees:

I do not guarantee weight or temperament.

Rabbits are sold as-is. It is your responsibility to check over the rabbit before it goes home with you.

All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Once the rabbit leaves our care, we cannot make any health guarantees. This is because rabbits are sensitive creatures. We are not responsible for any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the rabbit. Therefore, we cannot make any health guarantee. However if any issues arise please contact me, so I can help in any way I can.
23.
Up Town Bunnies is not responsible for any veterinary fees at any point during the life of the animal. ALL VET COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER.
